Providing specialized care to Alzheimer's disease and related disorders patients and to support the needs of caregivers. We serve Palm Beach, Martin and Saint Lucie counties.
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the best possible care to patients and caregivers living with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia disorders.
Our services and resources include 11 Specialized Adult Day Service Centers, free support groups, on-going community and professional training, a 24-hour Alzheimer's Crisis Line, registered Family Nurse Consultants and case managers.
