What is the 3i System?
The 3i system is the way we organize information on our "Issue Pages" to give the reader context to the issue. The 3i system is designed to give you all the information you need to take action on an issue.
Inform - People need to have basic, straightforward info about an issue before they can even consider whether or not to get involved. This category includes anything that will inform the public about updates to issues in Palm Beach County. (news, reports, videos, podcasts, etc.) Inform content will be indicated with teal headers & links.
Inspire - People are more likely to join a cause if they can see progress. Seeing how others are making progress sparks ideas and hope for change. This category highlights successful efforts in the county (and in other areas), to inspire people to do the same, or something entirely new. Inform content will be indicated with a green headers & links.
Impact - People are more likely to get involved when presented with specific actions to take immediately. This category contains actions for a given issue. Sign up for an event, discuss, debate, volunteer, donate or spread awareness using this category. Impact content will be indicated with an orange header & links.
